Settings Interface
The Settings screen provides options for language, appearance, integration, and production access via Google authentication.
Language
Available Languages
- English - Full interface translation
- Español - Complete Spanish translation
The app automatically detects your device's language on first launch. You can change it anytime in Settings.
Integration Configuration
Supported Systems
- Disabled: No integration (default)
- GuestPro: Hotel management system
- Gesvi Web: Property management system
Each integration requires specific credentials and configuration. See the Integration Guide for details.
App Preferences
Fast Mode
Skip instruction screens and go directly to scanners. Useful for experienced users.
Theme
- Follow system: Use device theme
- Light: Always light theme
- Dark: Always dark theme
Production Access
Google Sign-In
Sign in with Google to enable production integrations and secure data transmission:
- Required for sending data to integrated systems
- Ensures secure authentication
- User verification for production environments
Privacy: Google authentication is only used for identity verification. DocuGuest doesn't access your Google data or send document information to Google.
