Settings

Open from the home screen.

  • Choose language: English or Español. Only changes the interface, documents are read the same either way.
  • Appearance: Follow system, Light or Dark.
  • Auto-send to integration when enabled: sends each scan to your integration as soon as it's read, without waiting for Send.
  • Read document chip with NFC: scans read the MRZ with the camera and then the document's chip, see NFC Reader. Greyed out on phones without NFC.

Integration

The integration code links the app to your management system, so every scan is sent there.

  1. Type or paste the code into Code.
  2. Tap Check code. Once it's accepted the field locks, and the app shows whose code it is and who manages the integration under Managed by.
  • Test integration: sends a test document (a specimen ID card, not a real person) to your integration to check the connection end to end.
  • Remove integration: unlinks this phone. Enter a code again to link it back.
